WAS LOOKING AFTER HERSELF IN EVERY WAY.SHE SUSTAINED A FALL AT HER LOCAL SHOPS AND WAS TAKEN TO
HOSPITAL THEY ALLOWED HER HOME. THE NEXT DAY SHE WAS FOUND COLLAPSED AT HOME SHE WAS TAKEN BACK TO
THE HOSPITAL WHERE THEY SAID SHE HAD A BLEED TO THE BRAIN SO ALL WE COULD DO WAS HOPE ANYWAY WE SAW
SIGNS OF IMPROVEMENT AND THOUGHT GREAT AND THE NEXT WEEK SHE HAD SUFFERED ANOTHER BLEED TO THE BRAIN
WHICH THEY DECIDED TO OPERATE AND THEY GAVE US THE RISKS WE AGREED TO OP AND THANKFULLY SHE SURVIVED
THEY TOOK HER BACK TO THE WARD AND EVERYTHING WAS LOOKING GOOD THEN ONLY TO TELL US SHE WAS GOING
BACK TO THE BASIC GERIATRIC WARD THE CARE WAS POOR AND WE BELIEVE THIS CONTRIBUTED TO HER DEATH AS
ON THE OTHER WARD THEY WERE VERY CARING AND ON THE OTHER WARD THEY WASNT CARING OR VERY HELPFUL SHE
